Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing post-sales support, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales, account management, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Understanding of IT solutions and services is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred
