The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization's website
  • Formulate strategies to build lasting digital connection with customers
  • Monitor company presence on social media
  • Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
  • Email Marketing
  • Build, segment, and manage email campaigns (Mailchimp/HubSpot or similar).
  • Write engaging subject lines and copy to increase open and click rates.
  • Track deliverability, A/B test campaigns, and optimize for conversions.
  • SEO & Content
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization.
  • Support blog/article strategy for traffic growth.
  • Monitor rankings and organic performance via Google Search Console & SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Paid & Organic Growth Strategy
  • Assist in planning and running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and test organic growth strategies (TikTok trends, LinkedIn thought leadership, community engagement).
  • Track ROI and adjust campaigns for efficiency.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up and monitor performance dashboards using Google Analytics, GA4, and social media insights.
  • Report on KPIs: traffic, conversions, cost-per-lead, engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
  • Social Media & Platforms
  • Support day-to-day content creation and posting on LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them creatively to campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with business to customer social media and content generation
  • Strong creative and analytical skills

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Creative thinker with solid copywriting and content skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns
  • Content creation skills
