Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Support
- Follow up on tasks with all team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Research and evaluate new tools, competitors, and industry trends to support decision-making.
- Test new product features before release and ensure quality control.
- Prepare reports and maintain task tracking boards (Jira/Notion/ClickUp).
HR & People Support
- Contact and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
- Support onboarding of new hires (documentation, accounts, introductions).
- Handle simple HR administration: payroll release, contracts, and basic records.
- Maintain team communication and assist in performance tracking.
General Operations
- Act as the go-to person for the CEO for follow-up and support.
- Proactively identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
- Take ownership of both assigned and self-initiated tasks.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, HR coordination, or project support.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills — detail-oriented and reliable.
- Good communication skills (English & Arabic).
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Jira/ClickUp/Notion, Google Workspace, and other SaaS tools.
- Problem solver who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Ability to multitask and handle both operational and HR responsibilities.
