Opportunity Overview
The client is a fast-growing dental solutions company, operating across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and B2B channels. They are recognised for delivering innovative oral care products and maintaining strong relationships with leading retail and wholesale partners.
This role offers the opportunity to sit at the heart of their order fulfilment and operations, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate reporting, and high-quality service for retail and B2B customers.
As a pivotal member of our client’s team, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure operational precision, while contributing to continuous process improvements that support company growth.
Role Description
We’re looking for an Omnichannel Coordinator to join our client’s team.
If you are detail-oriented, personable, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks while communicating confidently with internal teams, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll play a key role in processing D2C and B2B orders, reconciling shipments, generating reports, and supporting internal process improvements, helping the business deliver seamless experiences to its customers and retail partners.
This role is primarily internal-facing, but you may occasionally liaise with partners such as warehouse teams to resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Fulfilment – Process and reconcile D2C and B2B orders across Shopify and 3PLs, ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to retail-specific requirements (e.g., label placement).
- Sales Team Collaboration – Communicate regularly with the internal sales team to manage custom requests, track order statuses, and provide updates with confidence.
- Data Accuracy & Reporting – Maintain accurate records across Hubspot and ClickUp, generate operational reports, and flag discrepancies proactively.
- Issue Resolution & Partner Coordination – Support smooth operations by resolving internal fulfilment issues and occasionally liaising with warehouse partners such as Boots.
- Process Improvement – Identify operational bottlenecks and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, reporting, and partner satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience Level – 3–5 years in order fulfilment, e-commerce operations, or logistics coordination.
- Fluent English Communication – Strong verbal and written English skills; confident in calls and cross-functional communication.
- Detail Orientation – Demonstrated ability to maintain precision in order processing and reporting, especially for retail-specific requirements.
- System Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Shopify, 3PL platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
- Organisational Skills – Capable of handling multiple inboxes, tasks, and priorities in a structured and proactive manner.
Bonus Qualifications
- Data-Driven Mindset – Experience pulling reports and identifying trends to improve operational performance.
- ClickUp Experience – Familiarity with task and workflow management tools for operational efficiency.
