Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Image Retouching Specialist & Finisher with 3–6 years of professional experience. The role involves retouching and finishing images across all content shot by our production teams including editorial, commercial, lifestyle, fashion, product, and corporate photography. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with photographers, producers, and creative teams to ensure final imagery meets the highest visual standards across markets such as the UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This is a remote position initially, with the expectation of transitioning to in-office work at our Egypt location.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level image retouching, color correction, and compositing across a wide variety of content
- Finalize and prepare high-resolution imagery for multi-platform use, including print, digital, social, and out-of-home (OOH)
- Manage image post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with photographers and creative teams to understand creative direction and quality expectations
- Maintain an organized file management system and ensure consistency in output across different markets
- Stay updated on the latest retouching tools, techniques, and industry standards
- Work across content originating from UAE, Egypt, KSA, and other key regional markets
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of professional experience in image retouching and finishing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related post-production tools
- Excellent eye for detail, color, lighting, and composition
- Strong understanding of photography and image aesthetics
- Experience working across various styles: editorial, commercial, product, lifestyle, fashion
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to transition from remote work to on-site in Egypt as required by LPS
- Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Experience
