Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing post-sales support, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.

Comfort Zone is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Moderator & Content Creator to join our team full-time, on-site in Fifth Settlement, Cairo. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands online communities, and knows how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Moderate social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining brand tone and community standards.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Edit and montage videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts) that drive interaction and brand awareness.

  • Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.
  • Photography or motion graphic skills.
  • Awareness of trends, memes, and viral content formats.
